Rent a Glastron MX 175 and have the boat directly to your dock. Villa Champagne offers you a southern exposure so you’ll have the warmth of the sun all year round by the beautiful heated pool. You will be sound of mind with the alarm pool system for children.  Relax on the lounge chairs by the dock or nap on the lovely sofas by the pool. Villa Champagne is all newly remodelled. You will enjoy the new furniture as well as the 50 inch plasma TV in the living room and 32 inch TV in the master bedroom. This house can accommodate 6 people but 2 other can sleep in the living room as the sofa makes a queen size bed.  This house has 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. The great room is spacious and provides a great view on the canal. 30 minutes from Fort Myers International airport, near many golf courses, and only 2 hours away to Miami, Orlando, Bush Gardens.
